Browse and select a surf spot
Start by opening the map and exploring available surf spots.
- Move around the map to discover locations
- Zoom in/out to see more details
- Click on a spot marker to view more information
Sign in and add your spot
To manage a surf spot, you need to sign in.
- Access your user panel
- Select a spot from the map
- Edit details like name, description, or rating
Spot information
Use the form modal to complete your surf spot details.
- Fill in required information (name, conditions, notes)
- Adjust the exact location on the map
- Submit to save your changes

Sign In to Get Started
To list your business on Surfspots, you'll need to be signed in. Create a free account or log in — it only takes a minute, and your listing will be linked to your email for future management.
Drop a Pin on the Map
Once signed in, head to the map and select Business from the toolbar at the bottom. Click anywhere on the map to drop a pin at your business location. A confirmation modal will show the exact coordinates — if they look right, hit Apply to continue.
Enter Your Business Details
Fill in your business name, a short tagline, and select a category — Equipment Rental, Holiday Accommodation, Surf / Watersports School, or Watersports Shop. You can also add your services, address, phone number, and website
Photos & Nearby Amenities
Upload up to 4 photos of your business (max 5 MB each) so visitors know what to expect. You can also flag nearby amenities — parking, toilets, food, or an info board. Our team will fine-tune your map pin location during review.
Confirm Your Location on the Map
Optionally drop a pin on the mini-map to suggest exactly where your business should appear. This helps speed up the review process. If you skip it, our team will place the pin based on your address. You can always request adjustments after approval.
Review Before You Pay
Take a final look at your listing details — name, category, address, phone, and pin location. Make sure everything is accurate before proceeding. Tick the box to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The listing fee is non-refundable once activated.
One-Time Payment — £49/year
Your listing is active for one full year from the date of payment. Pay securely via Stripe using card, Klarna, Revolut Pay, or other available methods. Your payment is linked to the email you used to sign in, making renewal easy.

Once payment is confirmed, your listing enters our review queue. Our team will verify your details, set your exact map pin, and approve your listing within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when you're live on Surfspots.
